Hue & Stripe Conference
Hue & Stripe Conference

Join us for the first-ever Hue & Stripe Conference — three days of connection, learning, and inspiration designed specifically for image professionals.
Whether you're building your business, refining your process, or looking to connect with fellow stylists who get it, this is your chance to step away from the day-to-day and invest in yourself.
You'll leave with practical tools you can use immediately, fresh ideas to energize your work, and a community of peers who share your passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
What to Expect
Learn by Watching — One of the most valuable (and rarest) opportunities in our industry: watch expert stylists work with real clients, live. You won't just hear how others approach styling — you'll actually see it unfold, giving you fresh perspective and ideas to bring back to your own clients.
Sessions That Meet You Where You Are — From tactical, roll-up-your-sleeves workshops to big-picture presentations that reignite your passion for this work, there's something for every stage of your styling journey.
Connection Woven Throughout — This isn't a conference where you sit in sessions alone and hope to meet someone at lunch. We've intentionally designed opportunities to connect and collaborate with fellow stylists into every part of the experience — because the relationships you build here will extend far beyond these three days.
Morning Movement — Start your day your way with optional morning sessions: join a group run/walk along the beautiful Skyline Trail, break a sweat with a high-intensity workout in the fitness center, or ease into your morning with gentle yoga in the hotel's rooftop Secret Garden.
Explore Dallas Style — Arriving early? Join us for curated local experiences — from shopping excursions to unique Dallas adventures — the perfect way to settle in and connect with fellow attendees before the conference begins.
Dress to the Nines — Our closing celebration is your chance to get dressed up and celebrate everything you've learned and everyone you've met. Think fancy, fun, and a fitting finale to an unforgettable few days.
A Venue Worthy of Stylists — The Virgin Hotel Dallas isn't just beautiful — it was practically built for us. Every guest room features its own dressing area with sit down makeup vanity. And with an Instagram-worthy moment around every corner, you'll leave with a fully stocked content bank for your social media.
We've secured a special room rate of $249/night (regularly $529). Staying on-site means more time connecting with fellow stylists, no commute between sessions, and easy access to everything we have planned.

Frequently Asked Questions
Travel & Logistics
When should I arrive? The conference officially kicks off Tuesday, June 2nd at 5pm with our welcome reception. We're also hosting optional small group excursions earlier that day — think Dallas attractions and boutiques with fellow stylists. If you're interested in joining one of those, you may want to fly in Monday, June 1st. Otherwise, arriving June 2nd with time to spare before 5pm works great.
When should I plan to leave? The conference wraps up Thursday, June 4th. If you're joining us for the closing celebration dinner, it ends at 9pm. If you're skipping the dinner, the final session ends at 5:15pm. You could fly out Thursday evening or Friday morning depending on your preference.
Where is the conference? Virgin Hotel Dallas, located at 1445 Turtle Creek Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207. It's about 15 minutes from Dallas Love Field (DAL) and 25 minutes from DFW International Airport.
Which airport should I fly into? Either works! Dallas Love Field (DAL) is about 15 minutes from the hotel and is smaller and easier to navigate — it's the main hub for Southwest Airlines. DFW International (DFW) is about 20–25 minutes from the hotel and offers more flight options with most major airlines. Choose whichever has the best routes and fares from your city.
Hotel & Accommodations
Do we get a special rate at the conference hotel? Yes! Attendees get a special rate of $249/night (normally $529). Use this booking link to get the discount.
Can I share a room with another attendee? Absolutely! We have double queen rooms available at the same rate. If you already know who you're rooming with, just have one person book and select 2 Queen as the room type. Need help finding a roommate? Email rachel@hueandstripe.com and we'll match you up.
Do I have to stay at the Virgin Hotel? You don't have to — but we highly recommend it! Staying on-site means more time connecting with fellow stylists, no commute between sessions, and easy access to all the experiences we have planned. Plus, the hotel was practically built for stylists: every room has its own dressing area with a sit-down vanity and Instagram-worthy backdrops around every corner.
Food & Meals
What meals are included? Your ticket includes light bites at Tuesday evening's welcome reception, plus lunch, snacks, and beverages all day Wednesday and Thursday.
What about dinner? Wednesday evening, we're organizing small group dinner outings around Dallas — a great way to explore the city and get to know fellow attendees in a more intimate setting. Thursday's closing celebration is a fancy, dressed-up affair to end the conference in style. If you plan to stay, seating is limited to 100 guests — $25 guarantees your spot, with dinner included.
What if I have dietary restrictions? We'll ask about dietary needs during registration and do our best to accommodate all restrictions and allergies.
Sessions & Content
What kind of sessions will there be? A mix of everything! You'll experience live styling demonstrations with real clients, tactical workshops, big-picture inspirational presentations, panels with fellow stylists, and intentionally designed networking activities. There's something for every stage of your styling journey.
Will there be different tracks or do we all attend the same sessions? Some sessions are all together, and others will have options to choose from based on your interests or clientele. We'll share the full agenda closer to the conference.
Is this conference only for Hue & Stripe members? Member pricing (Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Regular) is exclusively for current H&S members in good standing. Not a member but interested in attending at the member price? Reach out to Craig at craig@hueandstripe.com. Non-member tickets will be available starting in April.
Registration & Tickets
What does my ticket include? Full access to all sessions, panels, and networking activities on Wednesday and Thursday, plus Tuesday's welcome reception. Meals included are light bites Tuesday evening and lunch, snacks, and beverages on Wednesday and Thursday.
What's not included? Hotel accommodations, airfare, and Wednesday dinner outings. Thursday's closing celebration dinner is optional — if you plan to stay, $25 secures your spot (which includes dinner) as seats are limited.
What are my payment options? You can pay in full with a credit or debit card, or choose Klarna for flexible payment options. Klarna offers an interest-free option of 4 payments made every 2 weeks, or you can select a different payment schedule (note: options other than the 4-payment plan may include interest, paid to Klarna). You'll choose your preferred plan when you select Klarna at checkout.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Yes, depending on timing. Requests more than 60 days before the conference receive a full refund. Requests 30–60 days out receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days, tickets are non-refundable.
